Vintage Bracelet
Wow! This auction is for a very rare and really nice and vintage adjustable cuff bracelet made of an early plastic. I don’t think it’s Bakelite but it is from that era. The color is sort of a rust or red/brown and it has a really nice hand carved flower on the top. The bracelet slides or breaths slightly at the flower which is very unusual and I imagine hard to carve. Just an amazing piece! Inside measures about 2½" wide and the bracelet is 1-1/8" thick. Guaranteed old!

This is a Lovely Stylish ‘Ebena’ Bakelite Box / Case From Around the 1920/30′s Art Deco Period
‘Ebena’ Produced Interesting Stylish Pieces From Their Belgium Factory From 1921 – 1931.
The Pieces were Made From a Galiath / Bakelite Material Squashed into Moulds with Gold & Silver Leaf which Gave a Glitter to Their Pieces, Unfortunately Though, Most ‘Ebena’ Pieces Fade Through The Years on the Outside But are Still Usually Bright on the Inside.
They Also Usually Had Interesting Finials / Knobs
This Box is Made From a Dark Blue/Green’Grey Mottled Coloured Bakelite, Rectangular in Shape in a Classic Art Deco Design with Shaped, Moulded Feet……See Photographs.
It Has a Lift Off Lid with an Interesting Finial of The 3 Wise Monkeys ‘Here No Evil, See No Evil, Speak No Evil’…….See Photographs
The Lid Lifts Off To Reveal a Bright Blue & Gold Interior with a Cuved Arced Base………See Photographs
On The Base it is Stamped ‘Ebena’ ‘Made in Belgium’
It is Approx 14.5cms (5 3/4") Long x 8.5cms (3 5/8") x 10cms (4") High Including The Monkey Finial or 7cms (2 3/4") without the Finial.
